One of the pros of the Starry wi-fi router is, it will tell you how strong and how weak your connection is in your home. For what it does it's not that expensive. Although, I would not buy the wi-fi router.
I believe that Starry is a good investment because you never really know how much data you are using or how good of connection you got. There could be many flaws with it though because it can always disconnect at random times and it would be hard to fix. I would not personally buy one of these things but I believe it is a good idea.You do not have to keep track of your stuff for your wifi anymore because Starry does it for you. You never know when the machine can crash.
The cons are you need to buy so much things for this and not many people can afford it. Pros is it helps you know how much data someone or your whole family is using which will help you. I would not buy this item at the price it is.. For one is to expensive and I can not afford that. Two some people do not care how much data they are using if they have unlimited data and do not need wifi.

The main con is how much it is. $350 is way too much for WiFi, there is no way i would purchase that. Hopefully one day, something will be made similar to this, but not as expensive.

I think a con would be that it isn't very secure so if you use it and you are buying something ion the internet your info may be leaked out. That is a really big con. I think that would be a cool invention to have. Just becuase it is $300 something dollars it could be worth it. Many people dont like how much the wifi is now days so I could see people having this in the future. If you have a kid or something you woould want to put it higher so it doesnt get knocked down.

I like the idea of knowing that all the right things are connected to my router and it can show me if someone is stealing my wi-fi or using it without permission. Another pro that I like is that you can check the speed of your wi-fi and how much data each device is using in your home. This can allow people to adjust accordingly to make one device faster than another or turn of a device using wi-fi that isn't in use at the moment like a phone or computer which can save data. One Con about the Starry router is the price. I wouldn't want to pay $350 for for a router even though it is cool and high tech.

A con is that you have to buy the broad band access before you can get the Starry WiFi router. I don't think I would buy one at the price of $350. Buying a router for that price is ridiculous. You would have to buy the router and pay for the WiFi. Having an unique WiFi router isn't that special.
Some cons on this Starry Wifi is that you have to buy certain parts to it and its over $350 and no one is going to want to pay that price when they have some Wifi out here thats only $130 or less than that. The pros about this Wifi is that it works faster, and it shows how fast and slow things are working in your house internet wise. Also you will never run over data on your phone and run up your phone bill. You wont have to keep track of much because the Starry Wifi will let you know everything thats going on.

This product is one of the most innovative yet stupid ideas i have ever heard. $350 for a router is phenomenal for those who don't know what the prices for them are. There are many routers that are good and not even close to $350 yet they think people will just eat it up. The pros are that you can use WiFi with a high cost but........ you can already use WiFi with any other router. If you think i'm going to buy an over priced piece of shiitake then, YOU ARE MISTAKEN.
